We use Exclaimer for email signatures across multiple brands and teams in our business. Exclaimer helps ensure branding, contact details and job titles are all consistent amongst the team. It also allows us to rotate marketing and keep everything current and relevant to campaigns. With a team that has a varying range of technology literacy, Exclaimer is a great tool to control the brand's marketing and messaging from one central point, without having to ask the team to complete manual updates...which we found were not always happening.

This helps us keep our email signatures looking fresh and updated, as we are always pushing relevant information to our customers and prospects. I have worked in the business I am working for now for around 3 years and have been using Exclaimer for around 2 years. Since I was originally shown how it works I find that the software is easy to use and understand. It has been easy to troubleshoot any email signatures we set up via the built-in signature test as well as set up any new signatures that have been required.

Overall, I find that Exclaimer has been an incredibly valuable piece of software in the business for promoting our brand through email signatures and it has been incredibly easy to use, troubleshoot and maintain.
