As the creators of the proprietary Customer Acquisition Program, The 7-Step Program, working hand-in-glove with a company like Experiture and customizing their platform for our requirements was critical.

The 7-Step Program is a sophisticated multichannel marketing approach that requires multiple steps (touches) to be deployed at critical intervals, Experiture made that process including - custom e-mail dissemination seamless; creation of GURLS and QR Codes for print along with a powerful reporting system easy to create; easy to deploy and included tools to measure the results!

  • We found the Experiture platform to be robust and fully customizable for our 7-Step Program. Working closely with the Experiture Team allowed our marketing team to create a fully customized platform that allowed us to tailor the platform to the exact needs of our clients! That, we believe, is the key to a truly successful multichannel marketing program that delivers the results our clients demand!
  • Hum, well I guess when we first approached Experiture, our firm had great ideas and lofty visions for our 7-Step Program and how we thought it could be designed. However, looking back 2 years ago and understanding the true complexity of our 7-Step, we quickly realized that if you're not ready with schematics, basic designs and all the logistics before hand, the process can be overwhelming.
  • When we starting working much closer with the team at Experiture, drawing from the vast knowledge they have in multiple vertical-markets it made the process and success that much greater for our 7-Step Program.

We needed to find a custom e-mail dissemination platform for our firm that could be integrated into our multichannel process. We interviewed several companies, most offered "similar" platforms, but what quickly become apparent, was that we really needed a company we could work with closely that was committed to our success and the success of our clients.

We sat with the Experiture Team, shared our 7-Step Program; told them what are needs and challenges where for this program to be successful; the results we expected and they simply rolled up their sleeves and went right to work.

In fact, you would be hard pressed to find a group that supports clients goals, shares creative ideas and assists in design and implementation!

  • Its pretty simple... without the Experiture Team and their ability to customize their platform, share their knowledge, we would not have gotten the results we did on several campaigns. Such as targeting 350 prospects and getting 42 Face-to-Face appointments resulting in 21 written proposals ranging from $21,000 up to $390,000. Needless to say our client was thrilled with those results!
  • Speed-to-market was critical for another client who needed to penetrate the Pharmaceutical industry. Working with the Experiture Team, we created a customized 7-Step multichannel program that delivered many new business opportunities to our client, including becoming a preferred vendor for one of the largest US Pharmaceutical Companies! BTW, we did it all in less than six months.
  • How it all started... Prior to working with Experiture, our 7-Step process was "manual". Looking back nine years ago when we created our 7-Step Program, we never would be able to get the results we do today without the Experiture Platform, it would be virtually IMPOSSIBLE.

I personally have not done any side-by-side analysis between other platforms, our decision was not based on which platform could do the job we required, our decision was based on which company could deliverer a customized platform for our needs and unique challenges. Experiture was our choice then and is our on-going Partner with future client projects.

The lines between marketing and sales functions in our organization are blurred. Experiture has the sophisticated marketing capabilities and horsepower that Marketo/HubSpot offers, which a marketing manager expects, but it also has an intuitive user interface that is simple enough for a salesperson to use to generate targeted, more limited and individualized campaigns. The entire campaign creation process is graphical and intuitive.

The Experiture program was selected on the basis of its stunning precision in terms of automation through a machine intelligence like approach. It addresses the problem of overcoming how to reach a new customer not familiar with a service or product where there is no relationship for our consulting business. We found their outbound drip campaign to be highly effective in developing new client prospect interest for several innovative service offerings. The high quality outbound campaign we ran on multiple occasions was virtually indistinguishable from a personal e-mail. The net effect of the personalization translated into multiple calls, presentations and proposals reaching the seven figure category.
