It’s super easy to get clients enrolled in our texting program. Once we send them an appointment reminder text, all they need to do is reply with our keyword. They are then automatically entered into our text campaigns.

Keywords are required for how we use EZ Texting. In most plans, they are included for free which is nice. I was able to buy more pretty easily when we wanted to measure the efficiency of our advertising in different locations at the same time. The pricing is on average for the keywords and it really helped us narrow down what and where was working best.

It's a convenient way to get folks signed up and opted in to receive communications from Black Voters Matter. Keywords also help us to let people engage with empowering language that inspires them to continue the quest to build love power in their communities. Keywords are one of the best organizational tools for keeping the data you're collecting segmented appropriately.

Keywords were a big part of our strategy because we wanted people to be able to opt in to get info that was specific to them and their interests. We didn't always get the keywords we wanted because they were shared, but we were able to find ones that worked well so our people could easily use them.

This feature allowed us to increase awareness, engagement and service to our customers. We allowed customers or prospects to message into a keyword to get more info about a specific product or service we offered. This was huge and greatly increased our ability to service customers in an effective manner.

I feel like I have answered this one a few times already. I have seen the benefit of speedier response times from referrals of applicants, speedier replies from applicants, more applicants are responding now that I have an initial text communication versus when I would just call to talk to them.
