Clinics can choose the combination of modules that best fit their needs; two versions are available: EZ BIS Office for large clinics and EZ BIS Basic for smaller practices. Front Desk and Electronic Health Records add-ons assist with appointment scheduling and documentation.

The software's many advanced features include digital patient sign-in sheets, insurance payment processing, auto-posting of payments to insurance companies, claims management, monthly statements, reports, and more.
