Factors.AI allows us to have a clear view of our data so we can better analyze our marketing campaign results in a nice dashboard, this is really important for us as a marketing team because we need to know which traffic source and which campaigns, in particular, are driving more leads for our business to double down on whatever works and stop the campaigns that spend our marketing budget without an ROI.

  • The ability to track advanced engagement metrics.
  • The dashboards can't be shared with other team members.
  • Some integrations with less-known tools are not possible.
Factors.Ai is a must-have tool for every marketing department because it reports important KPI's and it gives insights on which marketing campaigns are working well and sending traffic and leads and which ones are not performing, this information allows us to make the right decisions when it comes to turning off specific campaigns or scaling them.

We use Factors for reporting across our revenue funnel and gathering insights from those reports. We solve the business problems in our website by understanding page performances, traffic analysis, user behavior, etc. We also find out cohorts within our funnel that convert well - breaking down information based on geography, industry, campaigns, etc. The "Explain" feature is very helpful in digging out patterns that impact our conversion metrics.

Factors.AI is critical if you don't have any reporting in place, it's well suited if you have a reporting system with tools that don't speak to each other, and it'd less appropriate if you've managed to build out the entire integration and analytics layer for the data that you have now + the millions of datasets you'll get in the future.
