What is Fanbridge?

FanBridge was founded in 2006 as a fan outreach and monetization platform, deployed to gain, retain, and engage fans. By intention it is meant for entities in the creative professions, and others as well who muster fans and depend on these relationships. Some tools subsumed under Fanbridge are: FanRank, an algorithm for segmentation and ranking fans; purchase links and 1-click event notification; social network monitoring with a stats dashboard; and ecommerce integrations to drive sales. In 2011 Fanbridge acquired startup Damntheradio to enhance its social networking capabilities. Users at present include artists and performers John Mayer, Margaret Cho, Lil' Jon, Blink 182, and Katie Couric and others. Fanbridge's pricing tiers start with the $15.99 per month Silver edition for those with less than 2,000 followers and climb to $103.99 per month with the Platinum edition for those in the range of 25,000 to 150,000 fans which includes 130,000 email sends per month.
