What is Farm Matters?

Farm Matters is presented as a simple solution for farm record keeping needs. Farm Matters can submit a cattle passport and movement notifications electronically to BCMS and sheep movements electronically to ARAMS. Farm Matters is supported by industry experts, who also are ready to support Farm Matters users.

Cattle records include births, purchases, sales, movements, deaths, services, treatments and weights. Sheep records include births, purchases, sales, movements, deaths, missing & found, tagging, tag replacements, treatments, retainments and flock transfers. Crop records include cultivations, fertiliser applications, spray treatments, harvests, soil analysis and LERAPs. Farm Matters also supports comprehensive medical records, and the requisite reporting for NVZs (Nitrate Vulnerable Zones) inside of England.

Farm Matters can be downloaded and tried for free. It requires the Windows operating system with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later installed. Farm Matters has no upfront cost. It is available via a subscription service where everything is included, Cattle, Sheep, Crops, Medicines with management functionality.
