We use Faronics Core to manage 750+ public facing computers. It is a single management platform for all of the Faronics tools. Using it we ensure all of our computers are up, supported, and ready for public use. It allows us to effectively patch and update our computers each day.
  • Viability: a single pane of glass
  • Manageability
  • Convenience
  • Cross-platform abilities
If you have just a couple of computers using DeepFreeze this isn't necessary. When you start using 100s of computers and multiple packages (like Deep Freeze, Data Igloo, and Insight) a tool is needed like Core for manageability.
  • It has sped up deployment significantly.
  • It makes it easier to work on a computer in the field.
