We use it to clock in and out of work each day. It's easy to use and clear to read the info. You can request PTO and other absences through finger check as well as requesting missed punches. You are able to punch in with a fingerprint machine by the door of the office- or online through the portal.
  • Easy to request PTO.
  • You can clock in online or through a FingerCheck fingerprint machine.
  • You can easily see the total hours worked each pay period.
  • It can be hard to tell when the last time your PTO was updated.
  • If you forget to clock in - you need a supervisor to approve your request.
Its good for a company that wants employees to see their available PTO and request it themselves. it's easy for each employee to clock in and out. The supervisors can have access to all their employees and see who is working at any given moment. It's a pretty good system.

Q Ship USA is very happy with the switch that we made for our time and attendance. From the moment we started to use the FingerCheck solution we saved lots of money in payroll costs due to the fact that it is a web based solution and it integrates very well with our payroll system. I would personally recommend any company to start using the FingerCheck software so you can benefit in saving payroll costs the same way we did.
