Cons

  • It would be good to allow setting the weight of each information entered to enable the user to define more accurate profiles according to the user's needs.
  • Sometimes, especially when we enter a lot of data, the software shows signs of slowness.
  • At first, the software may not be easy to use (primarily if used at an educational level). It would be helpful to implement pop-ups to explain all its features to inexperienced users.

  • I appreciate the integration of the e-mails. It makes it easier to communicate and manage information within the same software.
  • Despite some difficulties, the post-data entry result is excellent and helps define customer profiles and then marketing strategies (even if we use it in the context of simulations).

  • The software allows you to have all customer information at your fingertips at the same time. This facilitates the work even in the case of simulations at the didactic level.
  • The accurate processing of customer profiles has allowed us to get closer to the real world and determine effective product marketing strategies at the level of educational simulation.
  • Since it does not allow to download the e-mails list, it sometimes makes it difficult when there are many customers to profile.
