Transactional Email Software

We attach customers to transactions at the point of sale and online. An XML copy of those transactions is sent to flexEngage where the different pieces of information can be added to the e-receipt template. The obvious business problem the product addresses is the fact that we can communicate with our customers via this e-receipt better than a paper receipt at the store can.

The partnership and communication with us have just been amazing.
They respond to change requests very quickly and turnaround time is minimal.
Most importantly, the resulting e-receipts look great!

Not a con by any means, but a toolkit to design receipts with available information ourselves.
