The only place we turn to for importing
Flexport manages all our inbound freight shipments and customs clearance and is used by the finance department for product accounting. The interface makes real-time updates on delivery timelines and searches for historical shipments very accessible. Often, the Flexport dashboard is the first place I'll turn if I need a very quick cut at upcoming changes in inventory position or estimates on historical unit costs.

- Dedicated staff members on the back end who genuinely care about doing good work.
- Native reporting dashboard.
- Search function for all historical shipments.
- Occasionally we're asked to provide duplicate information (HTS codes, or documentation).
- Increase in confidence and visibility into shipping timeline.
- Increased historical data access, trending and reporting.
Historically we worked with and agent who and did not have a software platform like Flexport. We made the decision to test volume, and they quickly earned the rest of our business. The on boarding process was easy, pricing was competitive and the product delivered in every way we were promised.
