The positive impact Flipgrid has had on my students is amazing! Students who would otherwise get lost in the crowd, have their voices heard. Students who are typically quiet, have a stage all their own and they shine. A student of mine who was mute in class broke out of his shell and used Flipgrid to share jokes.

For a student who may not voice their opinion in class, Flipgrid provides a safe way for a student to be confident with their voice.
When collecting evidence that students achieved goals, I can share this to administrators for feedback on observations.

We have had great improvement with our ESL students who need to practice speaking allowed. Flipgrid has given them a platform to record themselves and afford the teacher a place to watch the videos and leave comments/feedback.
English teachers can verify whether students have read and truly understand a text.
The platform has afforded us a mobile platform for students to record themselves as opposed to building or having a physical space for recording.
