Meet our customer: Redpill Linpro

Redpill Linpro is an IT consultancy, boasting over 300 employees across three countries in the Nordics. They help their clients to innovate faster, integrate their systems, expose data sources, and overall drive new solutions that allow them to work more efficiently.

The challenge
The key challenge that Redpill Linpro faced was that they struggled to set their CVs (resumes) aside from the competition. When bidding for new proposals, they wanted a system that could help them showcase their employees in the way they deserved. This meant professional, tailored, and consistent CVs, every time.

How Flowcase helped
After six years of partnership, the platform has become instrumental in helping them showcase their team's expertise and win more business. While Flowcase has achieved what Redpill Linpro was looking for - showing off their team - it has also helped them in ways they were perhaps not expecting.

The company has more than 4,000 employees and turnover of more than NOK 4 billion in 2022.

Challenge
The bid was in four parts, each with a different competence area. Knowit was already providing services to the client and the new bid was for a new frame agreement.Knowit submitted bids for all four areas, and all of them required high quality, tailored CVs and resumes. In total we collaborated with 26 consortium partners, each submitting the CV and Case Study content in a collaborative fashion within the CV Partner SaaS tool.

Adoption and team dynamics
Most employees at Sopra Steria Scandinavia use CV Partner frequently, some even daily, showcasing the platform's integral role. The responsiveness of the CV Partner team has contributed to a smooth and effective collaboration.

Crayon is a global IT consultancy, with over 4,000 employees, spread across 46 countries. They lead the charge in IT optimization and innovation, guiding businesses toward impactful technological advancements for the greater good.

The challenge:
Crayon faced the complex challenge of efficiently managing and leveraging their vast pool of consultants. Without a centralized system, the company was spending excessive resources trying to identify and match the right skills and competencies to customer needs. This inefficiency was particularly acute given their global scale and the need to quickly respond to customer requirements with precisely matched expertise.

Aker Solutions is a global Engineering firm that solves energy challenges for future generations. They enable low-carbon oil and gas production and develop renewable solutions. By combining innovative digital solutions and predictable project execution they accelerate the transition to sustainable energy production.  

Before Flowcase, Aker Solutions didn’t have an intuitive source of truth for employee and project experiences. Their legacy processes were inefficient and non-user friendly, meaning employees were spending too much time updating CVs and resumes. It also meant that content was often outdated or inaccurate.

After implementing Flowcase, Aker Solutions have already started to see the benefits. The tool has helped them achieve what they set out to do - to make CV and resume updates easier. However, while this has saved them valuable time as expected, it’s also brought about a range of additional benefits.

They now have better quality data, meaning they can trust their content more, and also search for specific skills or attributes a lot easier. Related to this, they’re also seeing GDPR benefits. Since employee data does not need to be shared across emails and shared drives, there is better control of who and why people are accessing CV data. 

Aker Solutions is also seeing “more motivation from their employees”. This likely comes as a result of the CV updating process being more streamlined, as well as the fact that the platform serves as a source of pride for their ongoing achievements. Flowcase also empowers them with an easier tender and bid process.
