For me, Plutio has a lot of functions and it is hard to understand in the short time. In the other hand, Flowlu has a great U.I and I spend less time learning, understand and process it. Also, I choose Flowlu because it supports to create multi company departments in one account.

We have used other finance tools like Quicken. Flowlu may not have all the features as the others and is still maturing, it has all the basics we need. These other tools also do not have task/project management or HR tools which we can also use. This is the big plus. The learning curve and lack of features we can adjust to.

We previously used Bitrix24 and decided to switch to Flowlu because it offers a CRM with better features.
Another reason was the possibility of financial integration that allows setting up the invoice system and payment gateways, making it easier for our clients to order and pay for our services.
Bitrix24 lacked the agile projects tool, which proved to be invaluable for our marketing department.

Flowlu is all in one platform. Other platforms we being using are limited in features. Some of the software we have been using have strong CRM but very limited feature on project management, similarly tool we have been using for project management is limited in CRM, financing and invoicing. To fulfill our business we have to run around various tools, but using Flowlu means we don't need to use various tools for our business needs any more.

Flowlu was better than every alternative I explored. Flowlu is the above-average "jack of all trades" which covers most business aspects.
On the other hand, be it Wrike, MindMeister, Airtable or Trello boards, they serve well-defined use cases and primarily cover one business aspect only. For example, MindMeister does mindmaps but that's already there in Flowlu. While MindMeister's mind mapping engines are powerful they don't serve business owners or project managers but Flowlu is built for this very purpose, so as a result Flowlu still shines here.

Flowlu has a lot of great features that are especially helpful with project management and team/client communication. The mind maps in Flowlu are a particularly unique feature that's really awesome to use with projects. I like to use mind maps when creating sitemaps of planned websites and projects. Flowlu has a pretty large set of features for this type of software.

To properly set up workflow automations in Dubsado and other CRMs, you'll need to devote a significant amount of time to tutorials and/or webinars, and even then, it appears that setups are more difficult and time consuming than they should or need to be.
