We use FlowyTeam as project and task management in comb. With OKRs and KPIs. We find the usage of kanban with OKRs very powerful to have an effective action plan...so dar we are very happy with flowy and we are going to enable the self learning hub and reward system too.

For SMEs that don't want to have too many software solutions...FlowyTeam provides all modules in one SaaS solution.. which is quite helpful and effective..from my experience I like the engagement factor and interaction of this software. As an all in one solution I highly recommend it...maybe as single solution there are better software

Trello is very good for kanban...but I like the diversity of FlowyTeam. Can be linked to Kanban and makes the software an effective action plan tool. Project management is also a plus

When COVID-19 broke out, everyone was under lockdown. Working from home, it was very challenging to get the team to work together. The majority of the employees thought it was a paid holiday. The team was not performing; it's a very challenging time for the company as the productivity was negative. Then we discovered FlowyTeam, a platform for the team to align with the company's objective and empower the team to decide on their own to meet the company's expectations. We started to identify team members that have initiatives and align with us and employees that take us for a cruise.
