Good in theory but lacks in execution.
Billed as a great resource to help facilitate faculty and students in finding and recommending resources. This is integrated into our LMS as we have outsourced our text adoption services to Follett.
- Allows for searching or Follett resources.
- Ability to integrate into the LMS.
- Allows for self-directed help.
- Integration into Brightspace is plagued with issues.
- Search and selection doesn't integrate into the ordering process very well.
- Not a very smooth user experience with student and faculty selection.
- LMS Integration.
- Self-service.
- Full catalog.
- Searching and identifying resources save time and improve accuracy.
- Integration has caused more user tickets due to errors.
