We used the database while we were in production doing about 100-200 deals a year with just one agent. 3 Years ago we pivoted and focused on agent attraction to our growing coaching company. We now use Follow Up Boss to attract agents, manage events, and onboard new agents.

They are very user friendly
Open API lets you integrate other platforms and use Zapier
You use Follow Up Boss for every aspect of your business keeping systems streamlined

I would love to see a direct integration with TWILIO from the start so that you can send out mass text messaging
It would be great if they integrated with social media and Whatsapp for communication
It would be great if they allowed you to build products, websites, and click funnels
Automation capabilities are missing a few things like stopping an campaign with a stage change, or putting a large list on a campaign

It allows me to hire VAs and easily plug them into a system with checklists, smartlists, and workflows

We were using Follow Up Boss as a CRM for collecting the entrance of customers on our website of real state, calling customers that were more interested in buying a house in a short time, classifying the buying thinking timespan of customers, calling them to check when they are thinking of buying and then classifying them by their timespan.

Classifying different types of leads depending on our necessities.
The facilities of calling customer, emailing them, and texting them in the same app.
The website doesn't lag and is very fluid.

Sometimes, the automatic actions don't activate themselves.

The option to call, email, and text in the same CRM.
Able to see if a lead has seen certain ads, has clicked certain ads, or how many times they have seen certain ads or pages.

A positive impact to finding the important leads at the moment to call.
