The solution helps us in monitoring shadow IT, monitoring BYOD environments usage of Office 365, identify risky user, identify data loss points and integrate with DLP.

Integration with Forcepoint DLP.
Excellent in monitoring shadow IT.
Cloud Monitoring can be conducted.
UEBA is excellent.

Syncing with local DLP solution is a problem.
API integration with Traditional Siem solution.
Does not provide granularity in UEBA.

The monitoring of Critical data is a huge boost.

The work from home model made the issue of remote security a bit complicated but it was quite easily resolved with this software. It is used to protect all the data in the cloud and avoids the leakage of vulnerable data. Any kind of suspicious activity is timely remedied because of the behaviour based security.

We are working on strategies to understand what to do with the information that CASB gave to us, it would be good if Forcepoint gives us a few key points but they haven't.
