We use Formstack for all of our forms on the websites that require a contact form. It was important to find a software that could be well integrated with the other software we use for email marketing, ads, etc. We've used Formstack for many years now and we have not had any issues with it so far.

- Sometimes it's hard to locate functionalities that aren't typically used often
- Would be great to have more template based options for forms such as zip code

Formstack is alright. Needs improvement.
Saves our company a bunch of time by enabling anyone in your organization to create online forms, collect data, and automate processes without code. Helps make an impact on our organization by giving us the tools to achieve our vision as the single source of truth for clients and their business partners.
- Collecting customer data and keeping it clean and organized
- I can send forms to the candidates so that they can easily review the documents
- The forms are easily embedded in websites, allowing us to utilize formstack for our various seasonal programs.
- Customer service/support could improve.
- It doesn't allow having a pool of reviewers where anyone is allowed to review.
- It doesn't have a convenient slack connection for approval workflows.
- Payment integration.
- Maintaining records- less time-consuming than other software programs.
- Template creation. It's easy enough that anyone from our company has been able to create their own without needing help from IT.
- Improved our sales velocity. Automations have helped us close deals faster.
- Helped us have a central communication point. All information is now coming from one source.
- Helped keep business organized and make sure no clients get forgotten about.
Formstack has a lot of work to do to get up to Jotform standards. Jotform has more payment integration options which is a HUGE selling factor for us as far as which program to choose. They also offer more discounts for non-profits which we work with often. Formstack has some pros but Jotform is more elaborate.
