They were willing to provide multiple training sessions for the BDR team. First, an overview of the platform, definitions, high-level ABM level-setting, but also offered a more tactical training of how to leverage the insights, if we wanted.

Our CSM Molly constantly goes above and beyond to help me out. I oversee our ABM program myself and she is honestly like having an extra member on my team. I was having a technical issue with some overlays and she wasn't able to fix it herself but she quickly pulled in someone who was able to fix it. The speed and willingness of several people meant the issue was fixed really quickly.

Triblio hasn't helped me directly with support, as I said on the prior question. Although I believe the marketing team had issues with a certain report and our customer support rep helped us fixed the issue. We had no problems moving forward and it was handled in a very quick time.

When I have internal ABM updates, I ask for metrics and campaign dashboards, and the support team jumps into action and provides the data that assists with the meeting. The support team is certainly helpful, friendly, and try their best to support their accounts. Their executive team can also be helpful to be in meetings to support your ABM initiatives in best practices and benchmarking.

I will commonly ping our rep before I launch a more complicated campaign and have them review our setup. They are always happy to go in, look at what I have put together, and then provide suggestions or let me know where I might have gone wrong given what I've told them are my objectives. This is always at an unscheduled time, but I always end up with a quick turnaround.

Triblio ABM/ABX Platform has provided an extremely aware CS team that is staying on top of things on the account. However, due to the many technicalities the platform requires to publish an ad, we have not seen success here, even after following their recommendations.

My Triblio success manager has been an invaluable asset to getting started quickly so I could start showing a measurable impact quickly. She didn't overthink and overcomplicate the situation. She understood our underdog status and the need to get going and keep optimizing as we went along. She's been an invaluable part of our engagement, and I believe that is what sets Triblio apart. If I were given just an inside person and a chat support option - I'd leave this, or any other platform, immediately. This is too strategic to be turned over to robots and third-world tech support staff who don't understand the actual objectives we are trying to accomplish. (Who have never done my job).

There are several times that Triblio provided exceptional support. One would be when we had the chance to try a new feature that was newly launched. Our account manager described the feature in a meeting, worked with us to design a campaign, strategized with us on how to best proceed, provided insight, and checked the campaign when launched to ensure everything went smoothly and that our audience had a great experience.

We once set up a criterion for a web personalization incorrectly and at first glance with our rep, she confirmed it looked correct. However she didn't stop there, she took the issue to their technical team who pointed out an extra "includes" clause that was inadvertently pulling in additional account targets to our personalization.

Our rep is really great. When I was onboarding as a new employee to my company, we had regular meetings with our rep to train me on the tool. She provides valuable feedback and answers to all of our questions. I feel comfortable reaching out when we have any issues or questions.

In the early stages of my use of the product, I mis-mapped the countries and times the ads were to show up. While on one of our weekly calls, the rep was able to pinpoint the mistakes I made, show me how to do them correctly, and fix them in real-time.

Always. They always provide exceptional support. They have held our hand for over a year and honestly, this has prevented us from having any large issues with the system. From simple launching of a campaign to syncing a list from Marketo they have been able to check the back end and let us know if we made a mistake. I was so pleased when they helped us create an Iframe in Salesforce so that intent data could stream directly to our account pages in real-time!

During implementation, we wanted to see intent topics bucketed into several high-level groups to show up as a segment in Google Analytics. David was quick to look into both, provide actionable advice for our martech team AND do some behind-the-scenes magic on their end. Now, I can see whether our website visitors surged on any particular intent topic AND their domains to make it easier for our BDMs to pick up the trail and know who to reach out to.

Triblio provided us with great support so many times, it's difficult to pick a specific example. They were always available and willing to do more than just solve the problem. They helped us prevent the problem from occurring again and took many of those issues to the engineering team or added them to the product roadmap.

Once the team understands there is a problem they try to rectify it quickly, during our implementation process we had an issue with our AM. I feel they were fairly new and didn't fully understand the platform yet. They were able to get a different AM to take over and quickly got the implementation back on track.
