I think the support level for FreshBooks is on par with a 6 because the folks behind this application do a fairly good job at providing support for their customer base. I still don't think they are at an elite level when it comes to supporting but are getting there although too slow in my opinion.

They told us about the recent acquisition of a Mexican company in order to accelerate the implementation of compliance with Mexican needs, in addition to being able to make payroll and compliance with Mexican taxes. We look forward to this to re-evaluate and use it with our clients with affiliates in Mexico.

FreshBooks has great support team that helped during migration process. Post migration to FreshBooks, we never had to speak to the customer support team over the phone but they are always available via email with a quick turnaround time. I had a situation where the application was crashing when there was a huge amount of data and the support team helped resolve the issue in around four hours via email.

I think that their online tools and resources are great and concise but would like it more if you knew what improvements were in the pipeline. There are a number of features or tweaks that I've seen suggested but I don't really know if anyone from FreshBooks is listening to them or if they're being worked on.
