Frontline is super
It is simple but could be more resourceful. Not a lot of help and you have to figure out how to use it yourself.

Recruit & Hire NOW!
[Recruting & Hiring] is one of three modules we use from Frontline. [Frontline Recruiting & Hiring] totally replaced our paper based system & has automated the hiring process for our HR department. HR seems to easily be able to create job openings, post them for applicants, & review employee information to interview.
- Allows for internal & external applicants to apply for open positions
- Gathers pertinent information in one place for managers to review easily
- Customer support is excellent & many ways to get help
- Workflow setup process is somewhat clunky & antiquated

Our HR department went with [Frontline Recruiting & Hiring] w/o investigating other solutions. It was an easy choice since we were already working with Frontline for Substitute Management & Educational Training. Still would have been nice to see what other options were available.

Gotta Love Frontline Recruiting & Hiring!
Frontline Recruiting & Hiring is being used across the whole organization. It really helps in normalizing the hiring process and allows us to have all our information in one place. I also really enjoyed using it when I applied for the position I am in as it was helpful in making sure that I answered all the questions and allowed me to quickly complete the process and submit my application.
- Keeps all information of applicants in one place.
- Makes the process quick and easy.
- Simplifies application process to allow for any individual to quickly complete an application.
- Allows user to have all applicants at their fingertips.
- Their website and app could use a bit of an update.
- It seems very dull and uninteresting in color and design.
- It can sometimes be difficult when writing longer excerpts.

- It allows for a fast process, which means you spend less of your valuable time trying to find a candidate.
I truly think Frontline Recruiting & Hiring is one of the higher up and more useful websites to manage all your hiring needs. It allows for simplified, and fast-tracked hiring processes and helps increase efficiency. I also think that although the design and layout is not perfect it is significantly better than that of ZipRecruiter.

Frontline Recruiting & Hiring Works!
It is used to enter all of our job openings and then for those who apply to use for the application process. It is able to address the issues of candidates turning in incomplete applications because it keeps them on track and lets them know what else they have left to complete. In addition, if they want to apply for more than one opening they have no redundancy they can just use the same documents.
- Organized the process of hiring and introducing the job listing details to the public.
- For applicants it allows them to get their documents and application together at their own pace.
- It saves the data and allows a person to be a perpetual applier, they can just reuse their historical data.
- It could modernize the look and feel, it is starting to look dated to me.
- All the places that use it look the same to me as well, it should be more customizable per the company.

Frontline by far had the most user-friendly features, some others could do as many or close to as many things but they were not as user-friendly.

- It is able to help determine candidate once the mandatory requirements are decided upon

Frontline Recruiting and Hiring for School Districts
We use Frontline for all job applicants in our school district (200+ employees). We also integrate with Frontline's central, time management and absence management products. Using Recruiting & Hiring we are able to import new hires and their info directly into those other systems. Also, it's very easy to have supervisors see potential candidates and their resumes, education and other pertinent data.
- Easy to read, well organized.
- Passes info on to other programs in frontline's suite.
- Dashboard shows how many jobs are open, filled and other important data.
- Slight learning curve, not quite as intuitive as frontline's other products.
- Cost is not cheap, though worth it.
