Frrole Scout is used by the strategy team for Maxus India. Most of the usage is around understanding the social trends with respect to a certain keyword, which then forms a part of the overall consumer understanding canvas.
  • The affinity of users using a particular keyword, towards other related keywords.
  • Location based trends.
  • Sentiment could be better analyzed.
It is most appropriate in cases where the keywords to be searched for, are clearly defined. However, for analyzing the sentiment behind the keyword's mentions, Frrole Scout may not be accurate.
