Frrole is being used by a department especially with respect to client service. It helps in analyzing and assessing the current market check in relation to social media buzz and impact of any particular marketing activity or on-trend movement. It is very useful in mapping a brand's performance on social platforms that gives a holistic picture of the brand and/or a particular campaign.

Frrole is well suited when brand tracking on a social platform is required. If a brand performs really well on saliency, then the social buzz movement helps in comparing those data points. However, Affinity perceptions sometimes do give a mix of words that happens to be irrelevant with the given set of queries. It reads and captures comments basis on which Affinity word cloud is generated. The scope of opportunity to enhance it further on the basis of specific keywords would be an advantage.

Frrole Scout is used by the strategy team for Maxus India. Most of the usage is around understanding the social trends with respect to a certain keyword, which then forms a part of the overall consumer understanding canvas.
  • The affinity of users using a particular keyword, towards other related keywords.
  • Location based trends.
  • Sentiment could be better analyzed.
It is most appropriate in cases where the keywords to be searched for, are clearly defined. However, for analyzing the sentiment behind the keyword's mentions, Frrole Scout may not be accurate.
  • It helps sharpen the plans to ensure the right audience is being reached out to.
  • Not only does this sharpening increase efficiency, but also helps in pulling down the unnecessary costs.
