Stable, quality calls, predictable costs, no trouble or lost time. I am thoroughly pleased with Fuze's performance in the day to day dial tone provisioning, and the expanded features, quality service, and ongoing development. This is not a company that has stood still in the two and a half years we have been with them, and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Fuze is not a traditional vendor and provides a true partnership. Their products are constantly being improved and allows for a true disruption in an age old industry. Having various options and tools allows for our business to pivot and take advantage of market conditions with Fuze as a supporting partner.

Fuze is accomplishing the PBX, remote phone, and messaging option needed by organization. In the event other options (Skype) were more cost-effective to add phone numbers, it may be considered.

1,000% will renew. For the price, for the features, for the support, for the implementation, for the ability to deploy to a new site, or a new company acquisitioned that has an older PBX, we can get them to Fuze with so little effort, dump the phones on their desk, and give them all the features and "WOW" that they would expect from a modern enterprise.

Overall ease of use with the product. It helps of move quicker and more efficient all while providing us the necessary information that we need on the back end. A great product for any organization to adopt, especially if you have a sales department who are responsible for generating revenue. Highly recommend Fuze
