G2 Seller Solutions is very good at providing vendors with a review platform with all the basic capabilities you could need where you can impact large audiences that can generate a good volume of visits to your product pages. Thanks to this, you can get reviews and intent data from those visitors that can be used in many different ways. But have to work hard to succeed, so if you have a review program in place with a dedicated team, it is ideal for you; but if you don't have the bandwidth to invest time in this, you will probably get all the potential from this platform.

The support from G2 Seller Solutions is good. The team is always ready to help us; they attend to our questions and request very diligently and fast. We have a beneficial biweekly meeting where we can go through specific details, questions, or doubts about the campaigns, the awards, the reviews, and the program. The only thing I miss is some more proactivity in suggesting improvements and bringing success stories as examples we can follow.
Both platforms are broadly alike and offer very similar capabilities. In my opinion, TrustRadius is optimized for the review process: getting new reviews, checking on them, classifying the quotes, opening discussions with our users, and providing them feedback. In comparison, G2 Seller Solutions focuses on providing vendors with benchmark information, more actionable intent data, and resources to take advantage of awards and grids.

It's amazing to allow potential buyers to understand more about our brand with all the customer reviews. On top of that, it helps with marketing and allows us to understand which areas of our product can be improved, and what they like most about our product.

It also allows my brand to take a look on what is out there in the market and how we compare with them.

Overall, it's a great tool to create brand awareness and get reviews on your own brand and from there find ways to improve and understand which areas of the brand the buyers like.

It helps a lot with lead generation as potential buyers will be able to see the reviews of our brand from other buyers and come to see whether this is something that they are looking for.

Support is amazing, their support team is always ready to help and on top of that they resolve any issues very quickly. I really like their employees as they are all very knowledgeable, providing us feedback on areas we can improve on, and very attentive and responsive. The turnaround for any request is relative very quick too which is great for any business!
G2 and TrustRadius are the top two platforms that I like in terms of reviews. Firstly, the support team is very responsive and if I have any questions, they will ensure that it gets answered relatively quickly. On top of that, they ensure that each review is proper and the individuals doing the reviews are credible whether they review anonymously or not.
