I used Genbook for my appointments (Spa) it was easy for my clients to use and easy to set up a simple layout, text, and email reminders. I loved having total control of my business on and offline. I didn't have a bunch of junk on it. I knew what my business was doing at all times

They were on point with everything, I didn't need to try others, Genbook was fast, simple to use, and set up. Clients love using it on any device and didn't have to download any app. I was a clean interface, easy to read and move appointments around, block out time if needed.

The Economical & Never Rude Admin Assistant
I use Genbook as my online booking system. Clients link through my website from a Book Now button to my available calendar of appointments. I love the built-in review feature and automatic confirmation emails and text notifications. This is a very robust app for the investment!

- Flexibility with scheduling hours for staff
- Integration with MailChimp for importing client data directly instead of exporting through Excel.
- Save me money. I do not need to hire a receptionist. People book directly online often without ever speaking with me.
- People can book at all hours of day or night.
Far more robust backend experience. More features and benefits.
I am a sole proprietor and I use Genbook within my practice to schedule all clients. Genbook manufactured time for me. It took away the hassle of answering phones and scheduling. Time management.

Amazing online scheduler
We use Genbook to schedule appointments online and on social media for my patients.
- Online simple booking
- Taking prepayment online
- The syncing of the calendars is amazing
- All the services are listed in the calendar and sync with my work calendar. It shows all the availability and also makes it look busy so they can see that we are a busy practice.
- I wish there was a way to integrated with our current emr
- I wish that it used the payment system we already use
- I wish the setup for provider type was a better way of showing
- i wish the reviews on genbook copied into google reviews
- Because of Genbook I have had the best bookings online

Genbook is a Great Software to Book and Keep Track of Patients!
I use Genbook as both my online booking as well as in-house booking software. It also functions a customer database.
- Professional Intuitive Interface
- Decent customer service
- Integration with Google
- Highly customizable
- I would like to see the ability to change the “leave a review” message to allow for a customizable message
- Cost is a little high
- Many patients like using online booking; this makes happy customers.
AcuBase Pro is my practice management software. The only overlap for me is that they both function as customer databases. I would love to see integration between the software in the calendars.
