The user interface is nice. It is quite tidy and clean. I admire Genuity - functionality and simplicity. It has many unique qualities compared to its rivals, many of which are not commonly seen. When it comes to adding assets, it's quite easy to use. The ability to bulk import has literally saved my life. Additionally, it's crucial for my job that I can connect my G Suite so that assigning users is simpler. It's also excellent to retain my contracts with my equipment! Even though they don't offer every feature, their customer service is outstanding. In comparison to any other vendor I have ever worked with, they have been eager to assist with any issues we have encountered.

Our outdated ticketing software was getting more expensive without getting any new features. We switched to Genuity - and gained access to the added features while saving some money. When dealing with multiple vendors, locations, and hundreds of IT assets and licenses, we struggled to keep up-to-date with tasks and actionable items. Manual record keeping also didn't allow us to have a consolidated view of the status of our IT assets and how they are distributed geographically. We use Genuity daily for Asset Management, Telecom expense management, Vendor Management, and IT HelpDesk roles. Genuity has made tedious and manual work easy to automate with easy tracking and reporting features. Our staff is able to raise their questions and queries which can be handled by the right support staff and not be left unsolved. Genuity is just easy.

We use Genuity daily for Asset Management - paper records and stock sheets are now managed online with an overview of all assets based on type, age, location, IP Address, etc. Telecom expense management - helps us consolidate all our inbound and outbound expenditures using various means of communication all under one pace to help us manage these costs better and control wastage. Vendor Management - streamlines all our interactions with our vendors and helps track all deliverables and contractual obligations. Genuity is just easy.

We had a client who wanted a quick fix for their Telecom-related problems, the client was using many services from different vendors and was having trouble because of the same reason. They wanted a one-stop solution for their telecom needs so we analyzed a lot of vendors and came to the conclusion that GoGenuity is the best fit for them in all aspects, be it calling/telecom services, billing, collaboration, etc.

GoGenuity is great when someone wants a one-stop solution for all their needs, it has everything gelled in together so that you do not have to go to different vendors and buy different solutions. They have a very good telco service, they themselves provide SIP trunks, their billing is amazing & the best part is everything is on the cloud and can be easily managed/accessed with great security.

When I arrived at my organization there was no record of our assets. We had company devices remotely all across the US + internationally. Coming into the organization i need that i had to secure my devices and have a full scope of contracts, warranties , user(s)and location. Genuity did that and more for em.

Genuity is well suited for the IT professional that wants to have a clean asset tracking and contract methodology. If you're using an MDM solution it might be overkill but for the price point it's good to have for even contract management. They even have a support ticket feature that looks interesting to be a one stop shop for overall service level needs

It was the price point and the quick support when i hit a block. compared to other vendors the price can get steep and they even limit you on the amount of assets you can hav. with genuity it's one price with no limits. And you can track vendors , contracts
