GeoInTime™ is an IoT-based smart attendance solution that utilizes advanced methods like Bluetooth, Locator devices, and Geo-fencing technologies that streamlines employee attendance processes.


With GeoInTime attendance solution, Employers can:

- Enable employees to clock in by using their allocated mobile devices’ fingerprint or face ID through its mobile app.

- Let remote staff clock in attendance from any approved geo-location (green zones) with time stamps.

- Allow employees to clock in and out with their GPS location in offline mode with no need for an internet connection.

- Stop any attempts of time theft, buddy clocking, reporting extra hours, and longer lunch breaks.

- Use a cloud-based solution, that logs data in real-time, with multi-level security to ensure a better hack-proof solution.

- Get updates on attendance, shift schedule, delay, and absence of employees, accessible and reachable in a multilingual dashboard

- Utilize GeoInTime™ Locators to make sure employees clock in at the right location when limited to specific Bluetooth zones.

- Track and manage all staff working from multiple locations, outlets, and branches from one single solution, wherever they are.

- Determine the exact micro-locations of employees within a range of fewer than 3 meters for outdoor working teams.
