Multi country and device - all in one tool!
- GeoSurf is fairly easy to use.
- A lot of countries and even regions within some countries (like in Australia, US, UK) can easily be specified to be the location used.
- It works well on both desktop browsers and on mobile phones (which is something not all tools offer).
- I mentioned that it is good to specify certain regions in a few countries; it would be good to have more regions in far more countries though. Especially in areas like Russia or China this would be very helpful.
- Last time I used it, the Mobile Emulator didn't have all the different mobile browser types that are relevant in some parts of Asia or Africa (like Opera Mini or UC Browser). That could be very helpful in our business.
GeoSurf Review
- Unlimited IP Switching.
- Instant Setup and Easy Accessibility with Tool Bar Interface.
- Extension and Plug-in Convenience.
- Expensive.
- Slow for some countries.
- Really only fit for large to mid sized organizations.
Geosurf for Analysis
- Geosurf offers the most relevant locales
- Geosurf is very responsive when an IP address stops working or is blocked
- The mobile emulator is particularly helpful
- There doesn't appear to be quality control across IP addresses, at least those supplied to my team. We are the ones that notice when they stop working. Geosurf could be more proactive in finding failing sites.
Solid product
- simulating other geographies
- simulating mobile OS
- The automatic login seems not to work at times
- The way it works makes our IT department to adjust security settings from time to time
GeoSurf Review
- More than 120 locations of choice.
- Better than VPN because they have actual servers in the locations.
- More than one IP can be used per mobile device.
- Expensive monthy cost.
- Really only fit for large to mid sized organizations.
- No individual plans for independent/small businesses.
GeoSurf Review
We use it mostly for two reasons:
- To search by country and for each [country], to find the most viewed website according to specific topics.
- We also use it when we have to test our marketing material.
- I don't think I use all the potentialities of it, I use it actually only for the reasons I gave before
- Same as previous reply, I don't have enough knowledge of it to find some improvements to do.
Highly recommended to use GeoSurf
- Changing IP address to different countries
- More countries available to choose from
- Sometimes it's hard to switch from country to country
GeoSurf Review
- Proxying
- Low latency
- QA
GeoSurf is easy to use and reliable
- It's very easy and super convenient to use, since it's easily accessible via the toolbar menu of my browser and I can turn it on and off without any issues.
- The additional mobile emulator is a nice feature, it's more reliable than any methods I have to test mobile otherwise.
- It's great at what it does. It does one thing and it does it very well and is very reliable.
- I like the tool, but if I needed to cut costs this is probably the first thing that would go. It's nice to have and it works great, but most things we spend money on have much broader capabilities.
- We had some issues where all of our users we using a single sign on and there were some surprise overage fees. It would be great if there were automated alerts or usage reports to see who is using the tool, and how often (which may also help justify the expense).
Geosurf is Reliable
- Has the ability to select multiple countries
- Has more than one connection in larger countries for better reliability and coverage
- Connects with little issues and at a fast speed
- Does not disconnect user on any instance
- Not all countries are available
- Some countries fail to connect because of software update
- Speeds begin to slow at early evening times
Very Happy with this tool
- There is a very handy toolbar that integrates well with my browser (Chrome).
- With a couple of clicks, I can change the country that I'm in.
- This tools meets my requirements, currently nothing to improve upon.

- Monitor ads specific to your area or whatever location you are using.
- Browser toolbar makes the job easier.
- Mobile app works just as well.
Surfing the Geo with GeoSurf
- Emulate mobile environment
- Emulate different geo locations
- Ease of mobile emulation
- Ease of geo location changes
- I don't really like the part where all the tabs are refreshed when i initiate emulation to either mobile or geo location. I tend to have multiple tabs opened and this is really frustrating.
- I noticed I tend to get logged out using the Chrome toolbar. Is there really a need to log a user out from the toolbar?
Geo location changes are really easy to execute.
CAN BE BETTER:
Mobile emulation could be better if it can also adjust view screen to the actual device size. Currently, I suppose it only masquerades the user agent. A full-size desktop mobile emulated browser isn't going to be the same as a physical mobile device.

The perfect tool for global advertising specialists
- Easy to activate and to switch to other countries.
- It allows for selecting almost every important country that a marketer would be interested in.
- I can pick a continent, a country and sometimes even regions within a country.
- It doesn't go down to the city level, which is annoying when you manage paid search campaigns with geo-located settings on.
- It doesn't work for China.
- I had the issue for several days where I select US but I am redirected to Israel.
Making Geo Testing Websites a Breeze
- It works! Some other services claim they do, but I often find limitations which makes them useless.
- It has a Mobile VPN, again something not all the others do.
- It's safe and secure, and that is very important when dealing with "not so trusting" locations.
- Perhaps have a checkbox to remember password. Since I use long random passwords and a password manager I never remember the password and always have to do a run around to get it.
- Maybe a debugger for when it's not working properly. I have had [issues] before where a country made all sites not work.
Why GeoSurf Rocks!
- It is safe and secure.
- Customizable and easy to use.
- Allows testing that I simply would not be able to do otherwise.
- Price.
- Look and feel.
- Ease of use for a beginner.
Very satisfied with the new upgrade
- It enables me to surf the internet like a local user, this way I can check that geotargeting is working properly, research new markets, and validate funnels.
- Sometimes there are error messages when I switch to using my browser without a proxy, but clearing cache & cookies (as they recommend on their site) fixes the problem.
