The platform's usability compares favorably with those that it competes within the market. Our employees have not endured a stressful change management process because the tool is relatively intuitive. The advantage of being cloud-native and built with usability in mind from the get-go gives GEP a real advantage over many of its competitors.

Based on my experience, even though there are areas of improvement, GEP SMART usability is much better than other similar applications currently available. Also, GEP's willingness to work with their clients is definitely a plus.

The application is highly usable, but there are some parts of the design that could be improved such as the layout and scaling on the pages, the amount of unused white space within the interface, and the consistency of the interface between modules.

Internal feedback from our users is that GEP SMART has improved in ease of use through the recent upgrade. Areas of improvement have been identified to GEP and the response for these system enhancements has been positive.

It is easy to use but some fields/user interfaces are not as intuitive as one would like. GEP SMART does a good job of collecting a lot of information but sometimes it becomes cumbersome to access the required information. For example, exports from the tool take some time to get to and can only be accessed from the event itself and not from the dashboard.

The SMART 2.0 platform has been more intuitive and user-friendly, but some aesthetics can be improved. For example, the page does not fit to screen, so we have to often scroll up and down and left and right to see all details on the page. Also, there are smaller complaints from our users such as having to manually expand column size in the Insights Card within the spend module.
