What is GetAccept?

GetAccept is a software platform designed exclusively for sales professionals which facilitates deal design, orchestration and closure. Sales management and marketing teams are able to create automated deal workflows on behalf of sales representatives; combining video, live chat, collateral, canned emails and reminder messaging to nurture prospects through pre-nominated sales stages.

Sales representatives are then able to further personalize these templates prior to use by adding personal anecdotes or they can replace/edit materials based on their own preferences.

Visibility is a central focus of the platform; with reps able to monitor prospect engagement via tracking & analytics. Additionally, managers can monitor the efficacy of all sales motions and provide coaching throughout the deal process.

Later in the sales process; GetAccept also provides enterprise grade e-signing and quoting capabilities.

Remote deal management is also supported through a mobile app for both iPhone and Android

GetAccept is one of the best tools that is used in our entire organization. I like how it stands out due to their integration capabilities and great customer support team. It is a powerful and flexible platform which is extremely easy and simple to use with great Salesforce integration. I like how it speeds up time to get those contracts signed and gives me clear visibility on where our deals are at with the dashboard.

Since we bought GetAccept we only need 3 minutes to be able to configure, send and sign our first documents online. It is the best software to make ourselves known and to start writing our digital signature in the market. If we do not have money to buy the licenses GetAccept allows us a free trial to test all the benefits before making such a purchase. GetAccept can be integrated with several programs and API configurations are done almost immediately.
  • GetAccept gives us quick training options for all personnel who will be using this electronic signature software and everyone who has the proper authorization can leave the signature.
  • GetAccept allows us to automate the collection of signatures for any report, project, or legal agreement that needs to be completed and can automate the payment for it if the client approves it as such.
  • GetAccept makes the sending and forwarding of any document secure and fast, not to mention the automatic signing of the document itself.
  • Sometimes you buy a GetAccept license and you get a higher charge assuming that we are buying for several months, this is then solved with customer support, but it is time that is wasted doing that kind of management.
  • We need several functionalities that adapt both a Zapier and API integration, we demand an update or at least have an improvement in these cases.
  • Improvements are needed in the verification requirements of the W-9 files as they require SSN or EIN or sometimes both, but can only skip the verification point with only one of them.
GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

We use GetAccept purely for educational purposes in Business Management courses in the university where I work. GetAccept is very useful for interactive activities with students during courses. In particular, we use it in mapping potential stakeholders of new products and verifying models to shorten the overall sales cycle. In particular, we use the free version of the software. GetAccept is also very useful in the mobile version, thanks to which students can interact even outside of class hours.
  • GetAccept allows you to speed up all analyzes aimed at shortening a sales cycle.
  • The mobile version allows us to increase the interaction of our students.
  • It allows you to easily keep under control the exchange of all the documentation of a contract with a customer.
  • The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
  • Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
  • GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.
As mentioned, GetAccept is also very useful in the didactic field to carry out simulations of sales contracts. The interactivity of the software also allows you to increase the efficiency and quality of students' work. I find the procedures for sending, signing and receiving documents very efficient. Some operations, such as creating templates, are less valuable as they are somewhat static and not very dynamic. The possibility of associating multiple entities (in our case, the students) to the same project is advantageous.

It is effortless to send and get documents and signatures because it works right with our CRM. We can use it to promote, send, create, and track sales in one place. GetAccept has a high level of quality that we found in its customer service, organization, and product. We’ve seen how it tracks and analyzes potential customer interactions. One of the essential asset features is combining sales tools such as Salesforce and Pipedrive. It is an excellent tool that assists us in remaining productive.

Video recording, flexible expiration time, notifications, proposals, and other work are available to you as part of an ecosystem that encourages great teamwork. Once accustomed, it's fine, but it could be better.

I use GetAccept to manage the sales process. As a small business owner, it is very important for me to manage my workflow in the most efficient way. GetAccept provides me with this capability. Not only can I track and manage the sales process, but I can also effortlessly get contracts organized by getting signatures digitally. It saves me a lot of time and spares me the headache which I would have had outside of this solution.

This is a customer service company that provide different software services and solution to the companies, for do that they offer a variety of digital packages to the customer according them necessities and Get Accepted provide us the opportunity to purchase in a easy way that packages and keep in contact with the customer a long of the process.

We use GetAccept to send proposals to our clients when necessary. We generally don't need signatures on the proposals. The tool helps us give our clients a good overall look at the different aspects of our payment processing services. It's easier and less "clinical" than traditional proposals. We even use it as a presenting tool at times.
  • We like the ability to create templates that we can customize per client.
  • The intro video is a really nice touch, and we've received positive feedback on it.
  • The ability to embed videos and documents makes the proposals more interactive than the traditional proposals.
  • We wish there were more options for "mail merge" or "attribute" type features.
  • We wish there as an ability to customize image sizes, for example our logo.
  • We've had a few challenges in the past with the in message feature.
GetAccept really stands out as a non-traditional way to present a proposal. We like how it makes proposals easy to read and less cumbersome than traditional proposals. While we like inserting certain attributes like Name, Business Name, and Title, we'd really like to be able to insert additional custom attributes. Overall, it fits the bill for our use, and the customer service has been particularly good.

GetAccept is used as our primary platform for managing B2B sales. Our use case includes managing and organizing our deals in a way that allows our sales team to keep current with progress, developing our sales presentations using the content library and editor tool, as well as utilizing the eSignature product to sign contracts.

It allows me to send documentation to my clients and track the emails and when they receive them they can sign them. It has a very nice interface and allows me to send videos to my clients. So messaging stops being cold and is much more dynamic.

Our Sales team used GetAccept to obtain digitally signed contracts from our clients. It streamlined the process tremendously. We also used it to store & share templates.

GetAccept definitely gets the job done and can certainly help you land more clients. Not just this, it gives you analytics for time viewers spend on certain pages, provides you with a dashboard of unsigned clients, gives you the capability to record a video explaining your contract and much more. Definitely worth the money.

We were using GetAccept as a replacement to DocuSign. Anything that needed to be signed - whether internally staff things (employee handbooks, etc) or externally with vendors and clients would go through DocuSign.
  • Seeing when prospects open your doc.
  • Telling you how long they spent staring at the different pages.
  • Reminding you which docs have been unsigned and for how long.
  • Allowing you to send reminders to clients to sign the contracts.
  • Allowing the capability to collect payment upon signing.
If there's a sales aspect for your business and need contracts signed, then use GetAccept. It's easy, you can create templates and remind clients.

GetAccept is being used by our revenue team, both sales and customer success. It solves the problem of not having transparency around our document sharing. We are constantly developing new products and we love GetAccept's templates library to act as our centralized deposit of all active documents. Before GetAccept it was challenging to track down documents, proposals, and presentations. I also like using GetAccept for pre-sales because it doesn't feel as formal as an e-signature, but still more formal then sending a prospect a google doc.

Engineering and product teams its probably less appropriate, unless they're looking for transparency into who is viewing what they're sharing and have timestamps. Executive teams are well suited to use GetAccept because it's user-friendly and easy to log in to.

GetAccept is currently being used across the organization, more specifically by our Sales, Customer Success and HR team. It helps in sales enablement, to ensure we get digitally signed contracts in place as required in the selling process, expansion and renewal process and also during recruitment to send agreements for new hires.
  • Allows for easy editing of documents for e-signatures.
  • Order of signing in the signatories is great.
  • Tracking and email alerts are very useful.
  • Preview feature sometimes takes too long to load, but not a major hassle.
GetAccept is best suited when you need to have an agreement signed by a buyer or a vendor during a business transaction. It definitely saves the trouble of either party having to print the document out, sign it physically, scan and send it back over. This takes less than a minute for the recipient to sign digitally via GetAccept and therefore saves a lot of time and hassle all around.

GetAccept is used by primarily the sales team within the business to send out contracts and have them returned in a safe, simple, and convenient manner for everyone involved. However, every function of the business relies and leverages GetAccept to some degree. The ability to send a virtual contract out to a prospect within a few minutes of having a deal agreed massively cuts down on the turnaround of getting the deal finalized and starting the on boarding and integration process for the new client. The system is also very secure, allowing the business to send formal contracts without GDPR or privacy worries.

  • Ability to have multiple engagement touch points with the prospect.
  • Excellent customer success, always very quick to respond to queries.

GetAccept is suitable for virtually any sales team that wants their prospects and customers to have an easy experience going through the contractual signing to work with your business. In an era where face to face meetings are happening less and more business is being done virtually, not having an e-signature tool like GetAccept will hold your organization back.

GetAccept is being used within our sales team to streamline the contract/agreement process. GetAccept helps expedite the authorized signature process and houses the data for future reference. Having documents time and date stamped is important.
  • The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
  • You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
  • You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.
  • At the moment, I do not have any examples for areas that GetAccept has room for improvement.
GetAccept is well suited for expediting the electronic signature process. It's fast and easy. Recipients like the process.

I believe it's just being used in the sales team, but I could be wrong. [GetAccept] speeds up the time to get those contracts signed and gives me clear [visibility] on where my deals are at with the dashboard.

  • It's idiot-proof. You don't need to worry you've not completed something, as it won't allow you to generate the contract otherwise.

We use GetAccept as an e-signature solution for contracts and IRS documents. We were trying to utilize for proposals and engagement letters, but it didn't fit our workflow.

The sales team started off using GetAccept to send contracts, quotes, proposals, and slide decks. Eventually, we started using GetAccept across our organization with our Customer Success and Ops teams--specifically recruiting started to send contracts for renewals, follow-up emails with deliverables to current customers and applicants. We switched from Octiv to GetAccept.

  • The app continues to send notifications to your mobile even after a user has been decommissioned.
GetAccept is good for sending out contracts, editing pre-designed templates, sending presentations and adding a video touch. It integrates with the Google Suite and Salesforce. GetAccept is decent at capturing additional contacts who view and provides real-time notifications/chat with recipients of documents.
Our rep is very personable, shares best practices and cares about his customers. GetAccept is not great for sending large files--need to compress, and not great for expiring anything other than a signable contract.
The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

GetAccept was being used as the primary source for sending digital contracts and agreements from our company to our clients. It was being used by the whole organization, with the majority of the users coming from the Customer Success teams and the outbound Sales teams. Using digital contracts greatly cuts down on time taken to execute deals, redlines, and other forms of agreements.

GetAccept is an excellent option. In a category that is highly competitive and saturated, GetAccept stands out due to their integration capabilities and their customer service. On the integrations front, it is vital for a sales organization to have all of our multiple systems "talking" to one another so that time is saved and work is not duplicated unnecessarily. On the CS side, GetAccept always uses human-to-human interactions to solve problems, apply training, and always seem to be available.
GetAccept stands out amongst the competition due to their customer service. Every account is given a living, breathing human being to watch over their progress and make sure they are attaining their goals. They always set up training with our team whenever a new product or feature is realized that might benefit us.

GetAccept is being used by both the Sales and Customer Success teams within our organization. We use it anytime we are sending a presentation deck, survey, contract, and more. It allows us to see how people are engaging with the things we are sending them and if they are sharing it with others. It helps to drive pipeline because it lets us know when people are interacting with my documents and I'm able to chat with them while they are reviewing. It's been a great tool for us!

It is useful to send presentations, slide decks, legal documents, contracts, and other docs. The ability to chat in-app and to provide a personalized video adds another level of personalization that makes a big impact.
