Fantastic support. Ask a question, get an answer within 24 hours every time. And sometimes within a few minutes. They've always come through for me, helpful and, even when it's an issue on my end, they point me in the right direction.

I've contacted them on a few different occasions and they were quick to respond but the support wasn't as helpful as I'd have liked them to be.

The support team at Gist follows up on issues even I've forgotten about. They are always so friendly & kind.

They're just great at it, super responsive and helpful, if the content of their solution is something I can't easily do myself in my account they will do it for me, so they're hands on and very active in their support. Completely different experience compared to the big guns of the industry.

I have communicated with their team multiple times and every time they have been very responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. They work to make sure you are happy and informed of what is going on. Better their team keeps up to date with their app, giving you new features, and keeping you notified and educated about what they are and how to use them. A+

Whenever I contacted Gist, I received a prompt reply. I receive periodic emails to my issues should the Gist agent be busy or not available, and overall the agent is readily available to answer my questions.

I’ve always had good responses from support. It’s been better as of late. Probably an 8/10 now, but when I first started using them support was slower.
