GlobalMeet Collaboration gets the job done. It has functionality that a lot of the competitors don’t have and sometimes support is needed to help execute that functionality. The experience my company has had with their support team has been great. We get the answers quickly and know that we can rely on the customer service teams if/when we have a major issue.

After each meeting the system sends us the feedback form to rate each meeting separately. This feature allows us to describe any unique issue that we had faced during that particular meeting.

I would say they are okay, but their level of support and your technology is quite limited. For example, one time I forgot to write down the questions from participants during a large-scale event. There was literally no way for me to access them after, and the tech support was useless. We didn't record this session because of the difficulty and this proved to be a huge inconvenience.

As previously mentioned, I was in charge of facilitating a weekly meeting with 60 attendees. I had major issues with the screenshare crashing repeatedly during the meeting. I got in contact with a GlobalMeet Technician immediately. He was extremely responsive and worked with my technician to resolve all of the issues quickly. After his intervention, I never had the same issue again.

GlobalMeet technical support is a joke. On multiple occasions, we have been told to have the 100+ people on a nationwide call leave the call in the middle of a presentation so the meeting can be restarted. Technical support also regularly announces the problem resolved without offering a solution or resolving the issue. We have to have a second person on most of our calls just to handle support with GlobalMeet.

In the beginning, when we signed up we had to request multiple lines and only one ended up working with an MX local number. We went through 2 other lines that never worked with an MX local number. worked with support for several months and they could never get it to work and blamed it on MX lines. Finally, we got one to work and that is the one we used for that part of the business. But we still have multiple times where we would dial in and we were not able to connect on a reliable basis. Then when we went to cancel the service they told us we missed the date by a couple of days and the only way to cancel is to pay one year in full, almost $10K.

I think if their desktop version was more reliable I would have given it a higher score. I have had very few issues with the web-based version of GlobalMeet, and find it easier to use and more intuitive. I was not involved with the implementation process or onboarding. I have not used their technical support and cannot comment.
