- GoCanvas puts a powerful platform in your hands to create your own "apps" and PDF output for various needs. It is very flexible and allows customization to many different business scopes. Instead of having to pay a technical team to develop everything I was able to develop all our functionality with periodic help from their tech support staff.
- They are constantly developing new functionality into the platform and take the suggestions from their users seriously to add features that they request. They also integrate with many other apps we already use like Dropbox.
- The price is reasonable and they offer different account pricing structures to fit small businesses.
- Some of their customization of the PDF Report builder is limited, but this is more than likely for simplicity sake. There have been some limitations based on their programming limitations, but we've been able to get around some of them.

- GoCanvas has streamlined our communication, dispatch and reporting to reduce errors and wasted time. The impact is not exactly measurable, but it has been a substantial impact.
- It has automated many of the admin functions necessary for processing reports prior to using GoCanvas. We were able to cut one full admin position and reduce another to part time which has saved us money.

- GoCanvas can adapt to you and the structure of your company. Our documents were sometimes a work in progress, and it was easy to change them when needed.
- GoCanvas made my Sales Team more efficient and structured. We had set documents they needed to fill out and within those documents, certain areas needed to be completed before they could move forward, which enabled my team to be more accurate and fully detailed.
- With the amount of users and documents that we had, the main dashboard was a little tough to use and find documents.
- Again, we used GoCanvas quite a bit so it did get expensive. However, for the service we received I think it was well priced.
