I think Gong's really helpful feature was being able to share a link to customer recordings which felt more secure and more easily accessible. Sharing setting was very customizable and allowed Smartling to ensure we were following best practices for security and privacy - this is something i've heard large companies like Accenture have issue with in regards to Zoom.

Well the company selected gong. And my team members recommended gong over all the other tools they used in the past. This is a game changer. The tool captures all important pointers which can be evaluated in the future when needed. Fantastic tool and great use of it that leads to effective communication

We used to use Zoom recordings but they don't compare, we also had to spend a ton on extra storage while Gong is unlimited. In my opinion, Zoom provides no insights, no ability to score calls, no collaboration, poor sharing, etc.

pretty high, SFDC too slow, Outreach way better than Salesloft, Clari is for managers as a rep i keep track of that in my own notes. Gong is a platform build for sellers and managers to help progress deals where as the others feel like tools meant to help predict a business not necessarily progress deals

Gong is the most sophisticated conversational intelligence tool I have used. The speaker separation is very good and the action items always catch the key points from the call. When the notetaker joins the call, it's reliable and does not interrupt the call at all. Recordings finish quickly, and are analyzed and ready for action. Gong also provides additional functionality around pipeline and deal, forecasting, as well as potential risks to the deal and how often you're contacting each company, which is helpful to me so I can ensure I'm keeping momentum.

Gong is much better than the tools I have used before simply because of a better UI, easy-to-use system and it has the whole package any sales professional might need. You can't build an outreach into Gong, which I think could be a great idea for the Gong team but the things they have done so far is amazing.
