Gong is well suited for note annotation during a call or meeting as the automatically generated transcriptions appear to be nearly perfect.
Gong is also great for tracking the calls of peers and leaving feedback so the whole team can level up together.
Gong is not always so timely in analyzing a call so if you need to understand a call that was recently made, you may be out of luck.

It enabled us to identify areas where the sales team miscommunicated or inaccurately positioned our product. The product needs to be placed as a guide and support for vets and not a replacement of a particular product, and this was picked up in instances where it was not being done.

It is great for pulling out our criteria that we use in our sales process and making sure that everything makes it into Salesforce. We have several people spread among different locations and nationalities and it allows us to standardize our process and keep everyone on the same page

Well suited to sharing calls and email templates with other colleagues, especially those that are new to the business and want to gain context on our conversations. Sometimes the AI follow ups sound and follow a robotic pattern and require some editing before sending out to prospects.

If you are a seller and have time efficiency issues, Gong will solve a lot of your problems. You can easily save time in writing summary emails, in finding the core of the conversation, in sharing internally with the team what went well by simply sharing and clicking the right timing of the conversation.
