  • Tracking engagement - tracks customer engagement across emails and calls so I know who I should be following up with to keep progressing my deals forward
  • Gong insights help me understand how my conversations rank against my teammates based on topics that leadership wants us bringing up in our calls to help retain and expand customers

  • Gong logs me out way too quickly. I'm not sure if that is just my company, but sometimes it feels like I'm logged out after 15 minutes and it's frustrating to keep logging back in
