A Tool For Effortless Screening
Because GoodHire and BambooHR, our HRIS, are integrated, I can request a background check without having to log out of what I am doing, and Bamboo is updated as the findings are received. It increases productivity. The time it took to upload new candidates was the key issue that the integration is resolving.

GoodHire and Good Egg are excellent online background check platforms, both offer comprehensive background checks and reports,They also offer simple, easy-to-use interfaces that allow us to quickly gather information about potential employees or customers.Both platforms offer the same level of security and data protection, so we can use them with complete confidence and trust that our information is safe and secure.

Goodhire makes running background checks fun & painless!
GoodHire was our go-to for a long time, and will always stand out to me as an excellent vendor. We had to move on however, when our needs changed and we required bulk background checks which they could not provide. Otherwise, I think Goodhire does a fantastic job and makes for an easy, painless process when processing background checks. I would recommend them to anyone!

Good Hire is good for your new hires and current team members
Our previous vendor had slow turn around times, often we would see background checks taking weeks to return results to us. We would also note discrepancies in state compliance and have to point them out to be addressed by their system. Good Hire seems to be more compliant with state regulations and have had quicker processing times for our end users.

GoodHire is a very viable solution for HR practices and background checks and is recommended!
Other products are similar but none offered the same level of comprehensive background checks at the same cost. Likewise, GoodHire produced a much faster turn-around time on results than competitors. That said, the hounding from the company was a detractor and we would recommend that the company back off of this practice.

Solid Performance and Compliance
GoodHire has much better ATS integration, and way less data entry for the company's portion. It also allows candidates to see their own reports directly, instead of requesting a copy from us/the company, which is especially helpful an less messy if there is an alert that needs notes or an explanation.

GoodHire is great!
GoodHire has been the only service we have used for company background checks and ongoing alerts and it has been great so far! We have not had any reason to check into any other services.

Overall more Good than Bad

We don't need anything too fancy, and GoodHire provides the basics well. Perhaps as we get larger we may look for another organization due to our overall minor issues, but I don't find a ton of differentiation between various companies. As a result of having a similar product, the cost is the main factor, and GoodHire is competitive.

Surprisingly Easy and Useful
I don't recall the name of the other company I used in the past but it was much less detailed and organized when it comes to the delivery of information on the background checks.
