I think Google Ads is good for getting your company out there and becoming more visible to potential customers in general. However, for specific product launches, social media advertising might be a better fit. Also, our user base is younger so social media is a better channel for our target audience.

It's simple - AdWords helps drive leads to our website in a manner that we can measure and assign a cost to. For the comparably low investment, we are seeing returns that make the decision a no-brainer. AdWords, when used effectively, works.

As of today Google AdWords leads approximately 90% of paid searches globally. There is practically is no other network that can offer such a relevant and engaging audience at the price. The PPC model is also unique in that no media dollars are wasted, since PPC models ensure brand interaction versus traditional media which has heavy ad avoidance and clutter but still charges a hefty amount for ads.

Google's still ahead of the game. Their Dynamic Search capabilities and Remarketing and Display capabilities are unmatched for a self-serve platform. They have the newest and latest ad formats. The vast majority of eyeballs remain on Google and that doesn't seem likely to change anytime soon.

I give AdWords a 10 simply because I rely heavily on the program on making my job as easy as possible with efficiency and overall performance. The dashboard, reporting and opportunities AdWords provides helps me create and maintain campaigns to the best of my ability while executing core business goals.

Ease of use, it is the standard in online advertising and we have observed measurable results. Additionally, Google has free consultants who will constantly help you optimize and tweak your campaigns in order to acheive maximum clicks/impressions/conversions.

Many of our clients have built their marketing strategies around effective SEO and the use of the Adwords platform. We derive immense value from almost every penny we spend in Adwords, and as well, it provides us with a fantastic testing ground for any new ads we are trying to test.

As a professional, I will continue to stay up-to-speed on the AdWords interface and functionality, as it's an incredibly valuable skill set that can benefit small and enterprise clients alike, and I encourage local business owners all the time to get involved in AdWords ads.
