  • Google analytics 360 have multiple features for analytical tracking and you can even make multiple dashboards as well with less features.
  • It is perfect for small as well as large organizations and even further it will be best for those whose data is on Google Cloud or big query because it is a Google product so it will be very easy for you to connect the data source which is a very tedious job to connect data to other platforms
  • For us, it will be very useful since we have been using this software in our organization for the last 3 years in multiple departments like marketing, product, Analytics, and Business teams as well since we are tracking a lot of metrics through this single platform only.

  • The supporting data in 360 has allowed us to be more confident and strategic with our CRO programme, so it means that all of the results we have seen through out CRO work has ultimately been influenced by this tool
  • It has allowed us to be able to inform a client if something is broken on their website, meaning that they don't miss out on revenue from somebody not being able to make a purchase on their website

  • It is an expensive tool, but in my opinion, it is far above the competition, being Google and monopolizing the information on the web it is very difficult to compete
  • Giving raw information free, at no cost, more than the use of big query is a pro, most of the tools charge a bonus for providing this information
  • The integration with DFP in our case does not work at all well, it provides information but differs from DFP, it is something that should be improved
