We get the best reviews on Google Business Profile! It's also a lot easier for users to post reviews there vs on other websites.

I also have the same page for marketing on just dial but for searching my service, people usually prefer Google over it because of page ranking. Although people have a conventional mind to choose the first link on the search of the internet rather go on the second one. On the first link if your work is done then why go on the second one. Next is, just dial always takes money for marketing your product but the page listing is free.

It is the only tool for use with Google where most of the traffic is done so there are not really other options.

Google My Business is really the only tool out there like it. It has worked well for us so no need to try anything else.

We have not really used any other product like this since most of the searches are done through Google so we have only set it up for google. However, I am sure we can set up something similar with other search engines, but this has not been something that was looked into.

Before using Google My Business, we have used the "Yext" platform in our company to improve our positioning and get our clients to have an exact location of our company, however, the results were very bad. Yext user support did not offer us good care when we purchased the annual plan. When we made the purchase, we had several doubts to be able to implement this platform in our company, since the configuration of the location and the statistical analysis of search is somewhat complicated, but the Yext user support responded after 48 hours, and This did not allow us to quickly implement this software in our company, so we went to make a refund.

Google My Business solved all our doubts, each one of the problems presented during the implementation of Google My Business in my company, were solved in just a few minutes since we received help from an online agent 24 hours a day. The implementation of this software was totally fast thanks to the excellent support we received.

Moz Local is not free and not providing that many features that google my business does.

Google My Business is by far a very popular software and is probably used by at least 50% of the United States' businesses. However, platforms such as WIX, are significantly more expensive than GMB. I started using Google My Business for 2 reasons: one because our competitors mentioned it a few times, and two because once I did a little research, I realized that this was probably the best thing I could have done for our company.

We have not really used anything like this tool so I cannot speak to this point.

There are no real alternative as Google search now has a 92.05 market share (Feb 2021) pretty much the only show in town! Bing have their equivalent - Bing Places for Business but it is not as powerful.

A small part of the tool is provided by Trustpilot and reviews.co.uk, but this only covers product and service reviews, not all of the other information Google My Business provides.

Google is the most powerful SERP and has much more robust features than Bing Places. Users also statistically trust Google more than Bing and it provides much more authority in the search space. The good news is that Bing Places can be synched with Google My Business which is great and convenient for business owners. It's just another alternative for businesses and I highly recommend that all businesses have an account with both Bing Places and Google My Business for optimal performance.

Google My Business offers the basic features and is free. Birdeye is more complete, has a lot of features, has a good support, but need to pay. Google My Business is sufficient for our marketing strategy.

The majority of web searches come from Google no doubt. Around 90%. Probably more than that. Google is the future of search engine marketing. Most people advertise on their search engine to be found for their services. Most people get their business from their google listings. This will continue to grow compared to other search platforms.

We have not really used anything like Google My Business as there is not really other tools out there, except maybe for the other search engines. However, we just focus on Google because it is the majority of the traffic.

Google My Business is a fantastic tool to set your business and marketing up for success. If you're not actively [utilizing] it, ease start. Get your name out there and take advantage of their features and tools to generate leads and business awareness.

There is truly no tool in this class that I would recommend more due to the massive benefit Google My Business has in terms of SEO and ease of use.

The way Google My Business is easier to understand (intuitive) on both the owner of the business side as well as the customer-facing portion gives it an arm over Microsoft Advertising. GMB started the business listing trend and has left Microsoft only to copy the layout that every already likes and knows.

We use Google My Business in combination with other tools to boost our SEO and the SEO of our clients. Google My Business does something that the others cannot, since it is owned by Google and its results, therefore, show up first in search results. The other products are very good, but they cannot replicate what GMB can.
