It has a significant importance and due to its borderless integration I use it to connect to the teams based out of my country's geographical borders. Google's meet has its own best benefits for me and gives me my thinking to share the others for individuals, teams, or staff easy. One of my best benefits is creating meetings with individuals or my colleagues.

Also, the screen sharing feature is great for witnessing signatures. Google Hangouts Meet has made it simple to set up emergency meetings to sort out production issues if and when they come up. Google Meet - Yes Or No ?
The Google Meet was basically used for conducting Online Classes , Exams, Webinars and Competitions. The major problem that most students face is that they cannot record meetings when they require as recordings .Also, the number of participants should be apprxoimately 500 as it creates a lot of problems while conducting webinars.

A simple and indispensable tool for the home office!! We use it every day, Google Meet is one of the most used tools in the company. We do all our daily meetings there, the weekly and monthly ones as well. there are many internal meetings with customers through Meet! we spend an average of 40 minutes in our daily meetings, the weekly meetings are around 60 minutes, and the monthly meetings are also around 60 minutes. As our company operates entirely from home, it is an indispensable tool for us.

- Works with a bad connections.
- Backup call, if we have problems we can use a number to call and continuous at de call, just calling a phone number!
- Simple to use
- Personalization of the organization of the camera screens presents in the call.
- Improve the chat, I don't know, but it should improve usability or accessibility, maybe stay in another part of the meet space.
- Notifications, I hate forget a call, maybe if I stay at the main room I could be noticed.

Google Meet is one of the most prominent tools in my organization as it provides the ease to both students and teachers to work properly. It provides the student and teacher to interact using both audio and video. Taking lectures and tutorials are quite easy using google Meet and help both the teacher and student.

Google Meet for small footprint meetings
We use Google Meet as one of the our options for meetings with 3rd parties (meetings that include people outside of our company). The software is quick and lightweight

- The "copy link" to get started could include less obnoxious wrapper text - just the link!
- Remote control...at least the ability to move the mouse on someone else screen
Google Meet is one of our top five video conferencing solutions. My firm has a very diverse communications universe as we interact daily with clients and organizations across the state and nation. Therefore we need to be confident and capable with all front line video conferencing options that are used by these stakeholders. Google is ubiquitous in the legal industry and the retail customers we rely on are almost universally familiar with Google as a company. Google Meet seamlessly integrates with our Google calendar function, and we are generally very pleased with the actual technical performance of the program. I wouldsay it gets used 2-25 times a month, all depending on who sends the invitations. Our firm prefers another service as a top choice, but Google Meet is a close second and is commonly the backup.

Simple, easy, efficient. I prefer Google Meet over Zoom!
My organization uses Google Meet on a daily basis, and we are extremely satisfied with the product. It is extremely quick and convenient to set up a meeting which is why I prefer it over Zoom. It syncs with my Google Calendar and doesn't require extra programs since it just pops up in a second tab. This program really covers it all.

I am currently using Google Meet in my organization for daily standup, important meetings, and basically for all meetings that we communicate between teams for any information to be shared. The business problem so far I faced is the internet as it requires some high bandwidth to make clear audios otherwise it will make some unclear audios.

As an educational organization, we hold lectures every week and before the lectures, we have to prepare the team and organize ourselves and the best way to do that is by using the Google hangout Meet app, it can provide a quick, simple and easy way of communication between the team members/event organizers. Meet the world from wherever you are
I have used Google Hangout Meets for my contact with the team I was mentoring during a hackathon organised by the British Computer Society and establishing some new relationships with potential business partners. I found it very helpful to connect with people regardless of the organisations they belonged to - in the end quite a few people have google account nowadays.

Great tool with few things to improve for events
It is used across the whole organization for internal meetings and town halls. We use it in marketing for small events and webinars with customers/prospects.

- For marketers I would add a function that let you export the list of attendes
- You can not see the other participants if you are sharing your screen

Google Hangouts Meet is used throughout my organization and not just my department. However, in my department, we mostly use it while making team strategies as it's quite an easy video conferencing tool. As a contact person, my department's job is to flow the information we receive throughout our organization, so Google Meet comes in handy when we are deciding to whom and where to pass the information. Our team joins for a conference call in Google Meet and we divide the work among our teammates.
- First off, the quality of the call is pretty good, especially when all of us are working remotely.
- We can easily schedule our meeting in Google Calendar.
- Sending an invitation link is easy.
- What makes Google Meet stand out from other video conferencing tools is that we can use it for an unlimited time, even if we use the free account.
- There is no hand raise feature in a normal account on Google Meet, unlike in Zoom where participants can raise hands in meetings hosted from a normal account.
- Having a grid view feature would take Google Meet to another level.
- The meeting recording option is hard to find.

Hangouts Meet is our go to option when it comes to a quick call or discussion. Apart from one on one audio/video calls, we use it to setup meetings in the team. Its used in the whole organization. It helps us with quick and easy connectivity with each other, let it be amongst the team or with the customers.
- Low data usage. Works perfectly fine even on slow network.
- No installation needed. Web version is all you need. Fully supported my major web browsers like Chrome & Edge.
- Captions are great. Non-native English speakers may find it useful. Just turn on the Captions and it starts translating the audio in real-time.
- Support background images. Definitely useful when we need to hide our room condition.
- Breakout room, polls, Q&A options are added advantage.
- Not suited when we have to address a huge set of people. We usually face problems when we have more than 60 participants and prefer other platforms.
- Each participant is shown as a tile which could have been made resizable.
- Recording is like a basic need. It should be made available to free users as well.
Google Hangouts is used as a video conferencing application in our company since after the pandemic started. As our offices were forced to close for offline work, the members of the company decided to move to Google Hangouts/Google Meet for the meetings with our clients.
