Google Meet

I gave a 10/10 rating because I never had trouble using Google Meet, but the times I did due to Microphone or Wifi issues, Google would instantly notify me on the screen so I knew exactly what the problem was. I have also changed wifis during the meeting and it never gave me a problem or logged me out.

As mentioned earlier I would give 9.5 too but the only concern that reduces .5 is the slightly higher bandwidth requirement, other than that this is an excellent application to use for official meetings and also for all communications with other person either audio and also through audio and video.

Google Hangouts meet has done extremely well in providing support for the product on various platforms, especially Andriod and IOS. Mobile has become an integral part of the lifestyle, where a product like a google meet makes life easier with quick video and audio calls. With respect to product support, help is always available online on how to use the product and utilize it well.

I never had to call for support, but I'm certain that it would have been provided effectively and in a timely manner.

I have never been in a situation to approach the support team of Google Meet so that's a great plus for the app! I think its funny because I have given 10/10 rating without even knowing there is an active support team for Google Meet.

I have never had to use support for Google Hangouts Meet, but because the app is so good, I am assuming that the support functions would also be superior.

Google does a great job of providing tech support for this product, as it does many others. Similarly, Google has FAQs that cover a large amount of issues faced by users. Problems have not persisted in our use of this product. Problems are resolved quickly and easily, with or without personal Google support.

Very few issues, if any, with the platform, and I have never had any clients have issues using it at all.

Never needed support from them. The product is so great that everything is very clear from the day one.

When using Hangouts Meet at a company level, support is handled internally and any issues that need to be handled externally by Google have to be canalized through the IT department which can become tedious at times. Since there are not many issues when using the tool, this might not be as important.

Overall, it a great app. It ticks all the boxes and help to establish good relationship between you and your clients and trainees. It might have some shortcomings but they are not major.

Haven't needed any support

Google is known for its customer support and care. Consumers tend to rely and trust this brand more than they would for other services.

The customer support is 24/7 and has a quick, as well as, high response rate. I had an issue with my laptop not being able to download the meet app. I contacted the customer support and they solved the issue within 30 mins. Also, they have the option of live chat, which can be really helpful in case of emergency.

I’m not aware of a live chat capability to address session problems.

Have not contacted support, but this is a very well-documented tool. Google Forums are great and have answered all questions I have had so far.

Google has always been great at customer service and this is a great example. They respond in a timely manner to any issues I have had, and often can suggest a quick fix even if it’s something that requires more development/configuration of their product. Always fast, friendly, and there to help!

When I communicated with the Google representatives, they were very helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile and gave good suggestions.
