From my experience, LogMeIn Central by GoTo is a solid 9 out of 10 for overall usability. It's generally user-friendly, with a straightforward interface that doesn't make you feel like you need an IT degree to navigate. Remote access and troubleshooting are pretty intuitive, but there's always a bit of a learning curve for the more advanced features. Still, once you get the hang of it, it's a reliable tool that gets the job done without too much fuss.

It has all the necessary features for our use case. Specifically the remote control access for computers and file transfer. The only thing that can be a little troublesome is the remote control can be laggy at times, but this is not always an issue. Having a central management portal is great.

LogMeIn Central by GoTo is very intuitive, it is user friendly for everyone. The technician will send a link to the person they want to remote into, the person will click on the link and an acknowledgement will be sent back to the tech. The session is establish very quickly to now allow the technician to perform what it is that needs to be done with said device.

Easy two factor authentication to web based log in. Installation is quick and easy. Support is helpful if needed. Clear concise instruction to install. Security is a top priority and is often addressed. Easy to access via sytem tray. Works via web no extra software needed if you don't want to install more software.

It is really simple to use once it is setup. It almost like you are on the computer physically and not remotely. All the necessary tools a typical support person needs is right there. We have used competitor software like screenconnect and AnyDesk and by far LogMeIn Central by GoTo is better.

It is wonderful after the initial setup and implementation.It's fairly intuitive and easy to use for more of our tech and users. These types of products have come a long way. I've been in tech for 20+ years, and thinking back to tools like PC anywhere things have become just so much more user friendly on both ends of the device.

I am giving it a score of 8, because the solver user interface is not that "friendly", especially when you want to extract 100% from the tool. It is necessary to have recurrent training and practice in the tool.But if it is for basic remote access tasks, it would be rated 10

The UI is very clean and simple. Although there are some more advanced features that might require learning, the main functions of the software (IE remoting into computers) is incredibly intuitive. Many RMM's attempt to pack lots of features into the main interface, but LogMeIn keeps thee features hidden away, which makes for a better experience to use overall.

Overall central is not very complex to use, it is very frindly to adapt it faster. The best part is no more asking user to provide AnyDesk ID or team viewer ID, just enter hostname and get inside the user system
