The on boarding process for go to connect was very easy for me and my team members so considering the IT part it's very easy for us in case of go to connect as all the features are available at single portal like call meetings and messaging, we don't have to hop from screen to screen for using multiple task, as all can you can done on single dashboard or from single device that we use particularly while using the Go to Connect

As GoTo connect provides the unified solution it gives a lot of reliability on one application only. So it saves a lot of time between switching applications for different task. As its is easy to use with all its feature it takes a presedence over other calling and messaging applications.

I love the adaptability that GoTo offers me. I can roll out practically any improvement to my telephone setup under the sun through the simple to-utilize administrator entryway. Being able to make changes to my telephone framework on the fly without reaching an external telephone manager has been a critical advantage over my past supplier.

Fairly well. We love it for VOIP service and audio/video conference calling, esp when basic screen sharing is required. However, it is not as of yet on par with virtual meeting solutions such as Teams or Zoom.
We use other solutions where deeper functionality, for both presenters and attendees, is required.

GoTo Connect has consolidated all of our communications needs into one platform because we were using a hodgepodge of different systems for our phones, meetings and messaging. We no longer have to worry about switching between different systems or missing important messages. I can now easily communicate with my team members, regardless of their location because the unified admin tool in GoTo Connect helps to manage my entire communication system from one location.

The experience with the product has been pretty good so far. The teams have adopted the platform very quickly and it has now become one of the top five most important tools for us because of our dependency on us for daily meetings, messaging, calls - audio and video, etc.

We used to utilize Webex and Outlook for meetings and email, so it was nice to experiment with GoTo Connect as a one-stop shop for all our needs. This has resulted in saved time, less clutter, more organization, and overall ease due to the all-in-one system allowing for just that - to have all these functionalities all in one.

No it hasn't. We really wanted to the phone system and access to GoTo Meeting was a huge plus. However, people really find the GoTo Meeting experience frustrating and not as easy to use as zoom, so those personal GoTo Meeting accounts get very little use if any. We have really not used most of the tools included in the system other than basic phone service as we have found other 3rd party tools more useful and efficient for day-to-day useage.

It was easy to use and manage as we received a proper training from the implementation team. It was easy to move all the previous and current data to the dashboard and use it for targeting. It was synced with our Sales funnel and our agenda was to minimize any minor communication gap that can occur.

Before the consolidation of several GoTo products from their original owners, we never saw GoToConnect as an all inclusive system for phones, meetings, and messaging. We used various standalone messaging platforms such as Slack, HipChat and Teams based on user experience and functionality. Similarly we used other platforms for meetings such as Zoom and Google. GoTo Connect has always excelled at being an an easy to Admin phone system and their earlier attempts at integration were poor, so we did not go that route.

Pretty accurately, it made the process of how we manage and interact with clients and potential clients a lot quicker and easier. it also opened us up to new types of clientele from a regional standpoint due to the conferencing ability. having all the system link into one eco system made things alot easier

To find a phone that does most if not all that you need in a business is a blessing in disguise. It is very customizable and easy to configure. The excess codes that are usually needed is not something that you have to worry about when you are using GoTo
