Unified Communications GoTo Connect offers a unified platform for voice, video, and chat communication, which is not always offered by all competitors also,Integration with Other Services GoTo Connect can be integrated with other services like Zendesk and Google Translate. This allows for remote support session initiation and the ability to automatically track session information within the same Zendesk ticket. The integration with Google Translate provides real-time, multilingual support to customers

I honestly haven't seen any differentiation. They have the basic functions that everyone has. There really isn't anything that I have found that is unique. They might have some function that is a differentiator, but as a small organization we haven't found anything that jumps out at us. Our simple needs are met by inbound and outbound calling.

I have never used any competitor products but I have demoed a few and the thing that kept us from even considering making a change was that they did not have the capabilities to have call queues as GoTo can. Those queues are huge to our business and are key to the way we are able to assist our clients.

I think everyone does about the same thing now with VoIP, but GoTo just does it better. The support is what sold me on the solution though. Therefore during and after the sale. It just works and the management is seamless

Remote and compatibility systems for customer service is the best no other company does it like GoTo Connect. Some have one or two things they do but not all that you need, you have to outsource to more companies making cost for your business increase. Also, a lot companines aren't trusted or last as long making changes that were not expected.

The chic user platform really stands out to me as compared to others. It is incredibly easy to navigate. The menus and windows in the application make it easy to find what you're looking for and makes accessing the features easy to do as well.

I have only seen additional features from competitors compared to the features list of GoTo Connect. It is the small things that other companies offer that begin to add up to something tangible. I have nto exhausted the list of features from this software, but it just does not have the aesthetics that other options have which sems to be it's biggest downfall in my opinion.

I'm honestly not sure if GoTo Connect offers a whole lot that isn't already standard for most of their competitors. The integration with Microsoft Teams is quite nice. Their customer support has also been really helpful on the handful of occasions that I've need to get into contact with them

GoTo Connect (which was originally Jive) was the first service of this type that our firm implemented so I can't compare it to other competitors. While I am sure other competitors probably offer great service as well, the features provided by GoTo Connect have been extremely beneficial to us as a company. Furthermore, their customer service is outstanding!
