It's cost-effective for small and new businesses and provides a variety of services needed for a professional business. I use the app to take calls and check voicemails when I am traveling away from the office. I enabled texting to the number which is also useful.

GoTo Connect is an exceptional service but leaves some room for improvement in its application interface. With the recent redesign of the application, many users are struggling to learn where common actions have been moved to. However, once the service is running and has been learned it is a powerful tool to help bridge the company closers vs using conventional email.

GoTo Connect works really well for standard business models and call centers, but if you have specific needs in a unique company like ours, you may need to experiment with what they have so it works for you and your company. For our company, we have multiple brands and there are some features in the contact center that are missing or a disadvantage when you have multiple brands.

GoTo Connect covers all our communication needs throughout the company, for the customer service area it helps a lot in its portability, it is not necessary to have employees in a static place since they can answer and redirect calls from anywhere. For the administrative and operational areas there is no limitation in case of having cases of work at home. I don't find any weakness to GoTo Connect

We utilize Jive & GoTo Connect for our multi-site business. We use it in offices, manufacturing plants, grocery, retail, and agriculture. We have around 300 users and rarely have issues with the platform. It works seamlessly between all of our physical locations and is scalable. We have a mix of physical Yealink phones, as well as users using the mobile app for phone calls.

Excellent for remote working. Excellent for merging siloed phone systems within one company or between departments. Easy to program extensions for all employees and name them via computer app instead of setting up everything via the web portal or physical handset only. Less appropriate for users who require extremely low latency point-to-point analog telephone communications instead of VoIP.

GoTo Connect works perfectly for our small business. It seems to be able to be scaled easily and quickly when we decide to expand our staff. I would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to host there own PBX and want features that’s not available when you host it yourself. It has been great. They do offer faxing included. We use it for incoming faxes but not outgoing because it is too difficult.

I think GoTo Connect is well suited for offices who have employees that work remotely. It is best for users who want to have a business presence when making or receiving calls whether in the office or at home. It is for users who work well on their Mobile phones. It caters to users who also like using a portal to make changes without having to call into a support line. It might not be as great for users who are required to be on video meetings with outside parties daily. I think using another platform like Zoom or Google Meet works better, depending upon how many people will be speaking on the call, etc.

I was driving when a customer called the office number (GoTo Connect). I was able to service the customer while on the road rather than having them wait till I get back to the office to call them back to answer their urgent questions.

This program is very good for Work From Home scenarios. Having access to the work line when sick or working from home is very convenient.

Even if the phone service is not working in our office at least GoTo Connect works and calls our phones. We had a time that during the holiday the phones were not being forwarded on Memorial Day I was able to go into the website and change for all the phones to go to our technician that was on call.

GoTo Connect is great for office use, and the use on your desktop is a wonderful feature, but sometimes the call quality on a mobile device is not very good, and when traveling if your signal is not strong enough, calls are unable to be made or received, so if they could improve that it would make this product much more useful.

We enjoy the peace of mind that goto connect has provided our call center, we are always learning new ways to use the service and discovering new features because the developers seem to be constantly improving and making everything seem to be a touch away and the Rock Star customer support is just amazing!

Go To Connect is able to handle all small to large businesses at a fraction of the cost. I tried other phone VoIP companies and they all have their differences but Go To Connect’s interface is clean and easier to use. I wouldn’t change phone companies again. I recommend anyone to switch and start using Go To Connect!

For any business, this is an excellent cloud-based option for phone service. We have had very few dropped calls, and no real issues while using it. In Fact, when we started with GoTo Connect it was just with our main facility and corporate office, but after using it for a while and seeing how great it was, we have since converted all other facilities (4) over to it as well with great results.

GoTo Connect is wonderful for small-scale to large-scale deployments. It offers a comprehensive, feature-rich communications platform that can consolidate voice, text messaging, and online meetings into one platform. GoTo Connect assists with the transition from previous voice vendors using a dedicated project manager. We moved over 600 lines with almost no downtime. The product was less expensive than others when considering the total value of the product, and the options and quality are fantastic.

We have an employee that works remotely, as well as a call center that answers the phones for us on days when our remote employee isn't available. The system allows us to set a schedule and map the calls to the correct person, or location without having to worry about it every day.

I recently had to conduct some troubleshooting of a device it was quickly determined the device was defective and needed to be replaced; a new device was received within one week along w/a packaging material/shipping label to return the defective device. Setting up the new device took a phone call to Customer Service but the process to get the new device working properly took less than 10 minutes.
