Call quality is very good, have had very little issue with this. The only issue we have had was unrelated to the GoTo service and was more about the relay between our server and the Wi-Fi.

Call are almost always incredibly clear. There is not static, humming, buzzing, etc. like I have experienced with other products. Calls complete quickly. Calls do not drop. There are not voice delays or lags in conversations. Generally very easy to hear and understand conversations and recordings. Lines connect very easily.

Call quality is average, as any system goes there is bound to be feedback at times and/or calls dropped occasionally. I did notice an improvement over the sound quality that comes out of a cell phone by using the desktop audio. So in that sense, the call quality is pretty good and you should not experience major issues.

At this point, the total number of calls we've made and received has topped a few thousand, and to this point, we have not had any dropped calls or calls with significant interference. We have had a few moments where the audio quality dips slightly, but it has always been mild and brief.

The internal extension to extension calls are strikingly clear regardless of geographic location. I have no complaints about external call quality. We've had no issues with connectivity or downtime unless it was due to our local ISP having a temporary outage. The call quality is quite good. With rare exceptions, I can't really see any room for improvement in this area.

Very happy with call quality overall. We do on rare occasion have call drops and/or a slight delay but that may be attributed to internet connectivity issues. We use soft phones so I can't attest to how well the call quality is on a desktop phone but I'm quite happy how we're set up

The call quality has been excellent. We never have experienced dropped calls and the only times the phone does act up is when we are dealing with internet issues which is out of GoTo Connect control. Calls are crystal clear, especially from one GoTo Connect user to another.

Can't reach out customers. Customers can't reach us. I don't even use the system and I am having to provide my own cell phone to customers to call me as the system will not ring into my computer. Calls immediately disconnect when I try to answer.

The agent's calls frequently cut in and out (even when hardwired into a router and using a great setup). There is never consistency in where the phone will ring, and agents struggle to connect to the system, keep callers on the line, and have a clear conversation. When it works, it's great, but overall there's a lot to be desired.

The call quality is really good. As long as you have good internet service the quality will be good. No phone system can fix bad internet so I can not blame them for that. They also have a dashboard that shows the call quality by the user to help you monitor any issues.

We have over a dozen locations with unique internet providers and our call quality has been very consistent across all of these sites. Our users can be very vocal if there are issues and I found I had to reach out to them to get confirmation that they were not having any issues with the calls.

The basic reason behind liking this tool is the quality it provides. Even at the weak bandwidth connection, it provides us with the best quality of call without any distortion and problem. Being a researcher, I have to get connected to my team for anything related to projects, and, luckily, it has helped us a lot in this time of Covid.

GoTo Connect's call quality is one of the best features. Combined with a good internet service provider and connection, there are no issues, losses, or anything that can disrupt your call. In very few cases I had trouble connecting, but it was more attributable to the internet connection rather than GoTo Connect.

The overall call quality on a desktop or laptop while on a strong wifi [connection] is an absolute 10 out of 10. However, when a user switches over to a mobile device, especially one that is using a cellular connection rather than a wifi system, the quality takes a large dip in performance.
